  2. Investment approval and company set-up (Several months): Apply to the Ministry of Economic Affairs for investment approval, remit the investment and register the company.
  3. Residence application (Depends on processing): Once the company is set up, apply to the National Immigration Agency for residence and move to Taiwan with your family.
  4. Settlement (After one year of residence): Meet the residence requirements, keep running the company, and apply for settlement and a Taiwan ID.
