Our Japan HSP programme is built on employment and sponsorship by a Japanese company: no investment, no company to set up and no business risk. We focus on applicants with 80 points or more (the official threshold is 70) and match you with a Japanese employer; with 80 points you can apply for permanent residence after one year in Japan. Holders receive a period of stay of up to five years, your spouse can work full-time in specified fields (such as research, teaching, engineering, humanities or international services) if conditions are met, and parents (household income of at least JPY 8 million, among other conditions) or domestic staff (at least JPY 10 million, among other conditions) can join you.

Based on your background and points, we match you with a suitable Japanese company to employ and sponsor you, and coordinate the employment contract, salary and status application.
From the first application we plan for the conditions of renewal and permanent residence, not just the first step of entry.
All service fees and third-party costs are set out in writing before you sign — no hidden charges — and our refund terms are explained clearly.
Applicants generally need to meet the following:
Guaranteed in your service agreement: if your application is refused, we refund the service fees you have paid in full — or you can switch to another suitable programme at no extra charge.
If the authorities request further documents, or an application must be resubmitted, we handle it at no additional service fee.
Every application is prepared and reviewed by our professional immigration team. Your service fee is fixed when you sign, with no additional charges afterwards.
Service fees exclude investment amounts, government fees and third-party costs. Refusals caused by false or incomplete information, or by the applicant not cooperating as required, are not eligible for a refund. Full terms are set out in the service agreement.

Apply to naturalise for Japanese nationality and a passport. You generally need to be 18 or over, have worked in Japan for at least 3 of the 5 years, show good conduct and stable income, and read and write basic Japanese (about third-grade elementary level, assessed at interview).
