Assessment before commitment

Before you sign, we assess your background and evidence against the official criteria and tell you honestly how strong your case is; if it is not ready, we advise strengthening it first.

Honest about risk

Investment immigration means taking investment risk. We explain each project’s worst case and exit terms clearly, and never promise a “guaranteed return of capital”.

A dedicated professional team

Our team works in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Wherever you are, a dedicated consultant handles your documents, source of funds and interview preparation from start to finish.

Planning beyond immigration

GI Group’s teams can handle pre-immigration tax, asset allocation, your children’s education and overseas property at the same time, so the arrangements never conflict.

You, your spouse and unmarried children receive Singapore permanent residence directly.

Keeping permanent statusTravel requires a valid Re-Entry Permit; a five-year REP renewal generally requires both the business (or family office) condition and the residency condition (you or all your PR dependants lived in Singapore more than half the time); meeting only one generally gives a three-year renewal

  2. Singapore citizenshipUsually 2 years after PR

Apply to become a Singapore citizen with a Singapore passport. Singapore does not allow dual citizenship; second-generation male PRs must do National Service.

Singapore GIP FAQ

Who is GIP suitable for?

Entrepreneurs with substantial businesses, family business successors and family office principals; most individual investors will not meet the requirements.

What is required after receiving permanent residence?

To renew your Re-Entry Permit (REP), you must maintain your investment and your business or residence ties with Singapore as required.

Can this be planned together with a family office?

Yes. Option C is itself a family office route, and GI Group’s family wealth team can help plan both together.
