    Applicants can choose between two investment routes

    Economic Diversification Fund (EDF)

    A non-refundable contribution used to support public and private projects in Dominica, such as education, healthcare, and infrastructure

    • Single applicant: Minimum donation of USD 100,000
    • Main applicant and spouse: USD 175,000
    • Family of up to 4: USD 200,000
    • Additional dependents (under 18): USD 25,000 each; higher fees for dependents over 18

    Real Estate Investment

    • Purchase of government-approved real estate with a minimum investment of USD 200,000. Property must be held for at least 3 years (5 years if resale is to another CIP investor) Additional Fees: Government fees, due diligence fees, and other processing costs apply.

    Eligibility Requirements

    • Age & Background: Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have no criminal record, and pass a strict background check (due diligence)
    • Health Requirements: A medical certificate showing the applicant is free from serious contagious diseases
    • Source of Funds: Investments must come from legal sources. Financial documentation and proof of source of funds are required
    • Language: No English test is required, but all documents must be submitted in English
