Golian Consultants Ltd. is the Company headed by Mr. Harjeet Golian, B.A. LLB, Barrister & Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and Fiji. Golian Consultants Ltd. is a full member of NZAMI (NEW ZEALAND ASSOCIATION FOR MIGRATION & INVESTMENT) since 1992. The Company has experience
of over 14 years of practice in Immigration Law.

Immigration is an area where overseas applicants are often misled and misrepresented by Consultants on their chances of succeeding with their application. While there are good consultants in the market but choosing one that can deliver their promises is difficult . Our Website provides you with the details of the consultants that we have in our organisation. We have five CONSULTANTS working through our NZ office who have legal background and have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Immigration Law and policies. Apart from the consultants advising on the Immigration policy and guidelines we have support staff who are trained to handle enquiries and revert to NZIS queries after the application has been accepted for processing by the NZIS.

On the most recent NZIS policy requirements for residence under the present immigration policy guidelines in place and of any changes at the time of submitting your application. We offer free initial assessments to ensure that you do not end up spending large sums of money to go through the whole exercise.
- On the acceptance of your qualification for which points are claimed under the General Skills Category application.

If NEW Zealand Qualification Assessment is required we take extreme care for safe keeping of all ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS.
- NEW ZEALAND IMMIGRATION SERVICE requires that all work experience is related to the qualification. We can make submissions to the NZIS in cases where qualification is not directly related to the work experience and argue on your behalf as to how the qualifications are related to work experience and will meet the New Zealand Immigration Policy guidelines. Not all work experience can be argued to be related to the qualifications held by the applicant.
- NEW ZEALAND IMMIGRATION SERVICE requires certain documentation to be submitted upfront with the applications before it is accepted for processing. We ensure that the documentation meets the lodgment requirements of New Zealand Immigration Regulations.
- All documentation that an applicant provides to the New Zealand Immigration Service are subject to verification. WE ADVISE CLIENTS NOT TO MAKE ANY ATTEMPTS TO PROVIDE FALSE QUALIFICATIONS TO THE NEW ZEALAND IMMIGRATION SERVICE. You will not only be committing a crime but lose all the money invested in the entire process.
- NEW ZEALAND IMMIGRATION SERVICE requires applicants to meet health and character requirements.
- If the medical certificate completed by the Doctor indicates health problems than we may seek a second opinion from the doctors in New Zealand to check the seriousness of the illness before we submit the application.
- If an applicant has any kind of convictions or have been removed from another country this must be declared in the Residence application. We can make submissions on their behalf to the New Zealand Immigration Service to waive the character requirements based on the seriousness or the nature of any offence committed.
- Applicants are required to meet the English Language Requirement. We can on behalf of the clients ask for a waiver of the Language requirements if appropriate and sufficient evidence is made available to us.

We follow up on the application on behalf of the clients from the time of the acceptance by the New Zealand Immigration Service until a final decision is made.
