Employment
We guide clients on the employment opportunities in New Zealand. It is extremely important for a new migrant to prepare a C.V. as per the needs of the employer. All the major daily newspapers have a situations vacant section; one can also approach employment agencies (available through the yellow pages) or the Work and Income New Zealand (WINZ) office. It is estimated that about 70% of jobs are not advertised, so it is advisable to make personal contacts and visit possible employers. An IRD (Inland Revenue Department) Number is essential for employment purposes. For more details you can contact us upon arrival.
